Booklyn Receives BAC 2004 Regrants

Booklyn's Development Department has been trudging along behind the scenes and recently secured two grants for the organization through the Brooklyn Arts Council, Inc. (BAC) 2004 Community Arts Regrant Program. Booklyn received funding for a much-needed technological expansion initiative from the JPMorganChase Regrant Program. In addition, our Education Department received public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) for Bookmaking in Bushwick, a series of workshops currently being offered at Make the Road By Walking, a community-based, membership-led organization based in Bushwick. Both of these regrants are administered by the Brooklyn Arts Council, Inc. (BAC). Booklyn extends our gratitude to BAC, JPMorganChase and NYSCA for their support.
