Open Studio Wednesdays

Booklyn's Open Studio is BACK!

Wednesday (7 to 9pm) will be the new night for Open Studios at BOOKLYN.

These are FREE sessions in which participants learn about bookarts. We do small production projects for BOOKLYN & in return learn about making books.

We also work on individual projects (bookart related or not) and use the facilities at BOOKLYN et al to do this work. USE US! That's why we are here.

To get to Booklyn from Manhattan:
Take the L to Lorimer (the second stop in Brooklyn), transfer to the Queens-bound G, and get off at the second stop, Greenpoint Ave. Walk 2 1/2 blocks west toward the river, #37 is on the right.
or
Take the L to Bedford Ave (the first stop in Brooklyn), catch the B61 bus to Greenpoint Ave., and walk 2-1/2 blocks west toward the river, #37 is on the right.
or
Take the L to Bedford Ave, and walk north on Bedford until you reach Manhattan Ave., about 10 - 15 minutes. Make a left on Manhattan, and continue another 10 - 15 minutes until you reach Greenpoint Ave. Make a left on Greenpoint, and walk 2 1/2 blocks west toward the river, #37 is on the right.
