Open Studio Hours & Internships

Booklyn's Open Studio is open on all Tuesdays and Wednesdays of the month. We will work for an hour or so on a Booklyn Production Project and in exchange, I'll teach some book making and/or bring other folks through to teach. You might also exchange your labor for access to Booklyn's guillotine, shears, saddle stapler or paper folder.

On the First Tuesday of every month, we invite everybody to come check out Booklyn in action and get a little introduction to the hot new freshness.

To get to Booklyn from Manhattan:
Take the L to Lorimer (the second stop in Brooklyn), transfer to the Queens-bound G, and get off at the second stop, Greenpoint Ave. Walk 2 1/2 blocks west toward the river, #37 is on the right.
or
Take the L to Bedford Ave (the first stop in Brooklyn), catch the B61 bus to Greenpoint Ave., and walk 2 1/2 blocks west toward the river, #37 is on the right.
or
Take the L to Bedford Ave, and walk north on Bedford until you reach Manhattan Ave., about 10 - 15 minutes. Make a left on Manhattan, and continue another 10 - 15 minutes until you reach Greenpoint Ave. Make a left on Greenpoint, and walk 2 1/2 blocks west toward the river, #37 is on the right.
