Kottie Paloma, Brooklyn, New York
Kottie Paloma American born in 1974 in Los Angeles, Ca. and was raised in Huntington Beach, California. In 1996 he moved to San Francisco. Kottie’s work addresses the humor in everyday interactions and events. Inspired by contemporary urban life, his pieces approach “social and personal politics” with biting wit. He’s able to transform seemingly mundane experiences into entertaining and absurd occurrences. Kottie Paloma’s work has been displayed in exhibitions throughout the United States, South Korea, and Europe. He currently lives and works in Bushwick, in Brooklyn New York.
